Don’t Fall For It! When have you ever known it to be easy to get money from the government? Please use your commonsense here. It’s not even simple to get your income tax refund and that is YOUR money in the first place.

Now I’m not saying there are NO grants for business start up s. Just that the few that do exist are so specialized and rare that the odds of getting them are a gazillion to one.

You don’t have to take my word for it… give the SBA (small business administration) help desk a call and ask them. Here’s their number 1-800-U-ASK-SBA (1-800-827-5722). They’ll tell you… “The SBA does not offer grants to start or expand small businesses.”

A better bet is to find a candle business you can start on a budget. There ARE some solid candle business opportunities out there you can start for between $50- $100 a month.
